JULIE AND ME (REVOIR JULIE)
Juliet, the striking Stephanie Morgenstern (2 SECONDS), keeps "revoir Julie" (to see Julie again) at the top of her list of things to do. After completing the other tasks on her list, Juliet begins her trek to the picturesque Canadian countryside to visit the childhood friend and schoolmate she hasn't seen in 15 years. As the women return to some of their old haunts, the sweetness of their teenage friendship is rekindled, along with the memory of why they lost touch. First-time feature director Jeanne Crepeau has done a remarkable job of creating a subtle and intimate account of unrequited love between friends.
