$1000 in cash to be awarded to the director of the best all-around film or video.

Best Lesbian Feature Award

Sponsored by:

$1000 in cash to be awarded to the director of the best all-around lesbian feature film.

Best Short Film Award

Sponsored by:

$500 in cash to be awarded to the director of the best short film.

Audience Choice Awards

In addition to the juried awards, four audience choice awards will be presented in the categories of Favorite Narrative Feature, Favorite Short, Favorite Documentary Feature, and Favorite Local Film or Video.

Three Dollar Bill Award for Excellence presented to Charles McDougall, director of episodes one through four of QUEER AS FOLK; Best Lesbian Feature Award presented to Stephane Giusti, director of WHY NOT ME? (POURQUOI PAS MOI?); Best Gay Short Film Award Presented to Steve Salinaro, director of THE RINSE CYCLE; and Best Lesbian Short Film Award presented to Jennifer Arnold, director of MAID OF HONOR.
