ALL IN THE FAMILY: SHORTSDAYS (GIORNI)

Sunday, October 20
7:30pm
Harvard Exit Theatre

Even being HIV-positive hasn’t shaken Claudio’s sense of control. This handsome 35-year-old Italian has perfectly engineered his existence: he has a stable relationship with an adoring partner, a prestigious position as a banker, and a strict regimen of medicine and barbell-pumping to stay healthy. But a sudden new romance shatters this carefully crafted structure when Claudio meets the sexy, dynamic Andrea. At the young waiter’s insistence that "it doesn’t matter," the two men make love without a condom-bringing Claudio both an unexpected sense of freedom and a torturous sense of responsibility. Poignant and timely, DAYS is an award-winning chronicle of a controversial love affair. Offering a fresh take on the tension between passion and morality, DAYS is a stunning drama about the repercussions of personal choices.
