ALL IN THE FAMILY: SHORTSSIR: JUST A NORMAL GUY

Tuesday, October 22
7:30pm
Little Theatre

This honest and intimate documentary tells the story of 29-year-old Jay Snider, during his 15-month journey as he transitions from female to male. From multiple perspectives, including those of Jay’s best friend, his ex-husband, his current girlfriend, his family, and Jay himself, SIR: JUST A NORMAL GUY explores the fundamental issues many FTMs face in their progression from living as women to becoming men. Without pretension or a false sense of glamour, the film explores: coming out, making the decision to transition, experiencing changes from testosterone, going through chest reconstruction, passing as male, forming a new identity, and finding and maintaining relationships.

Playing with INTERSEX EXPOSITION: FULL MONTY.
