It’s no wonder that the film festival is celebrating our 8th year! Once again, Three Dollar Bill Cinema has assembled an amazing group of aspiring filmmakers and assigned them a mission: to make a short movie on a given theme with one roll of Super8 film and a couple of weeks. The filmmakers will be randomly assigned one of the Eight Wonders of the World, which they will use as the jumping-off point for their piece. Many of the participants have no previous filmmaking experience, but all have a vision and the courage to put their creativity to the test. Whether it means scaling the lofty Eiffel Tower or traversing the Great Wall of China, you won’t want to miss these three-minute masterpieces!
