It’s all eye-candy (in the form of handsome,
buff men) in this treat of a Halloween fright-fest, as HELLBENT
reinvents the typical slasher film, giving it a decidedly queer
bent. On Halloween morning, two gay men are beheaded in a West Hollywood
park. But in the best slasher-film tradition, that doesn’t
stop Eddie and his friends from traipsing right through the site
of the murders on their way to an evening of partying at WeHo’s
Halloween Carnival. It turns out that muscular figure in the shadows—who
happens to be wearing a devil’s mask and sporting a big ol’
knife—may not be your typical party-crasher. Before the night
is through, heads are gonna roll! Get ready to hold on tight to
your date as the blood and gore starts to fly in this wickedly funny
and totally gruesome flick, just in time for Halloween!
